Industrial Sewer / Production Associate (Temporary / Temp-to-Hire) American Textile is currently seeking experienced and dependable Industrial Sewers to join our warehouse production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates with prior sewing and warehouse experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate:

$14.50 per hour

Shift Available:

A/C Shift - 5:00 PM to 5:00

Weekly Pay Job Summary As an Industrial Sewer, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, and produce textile products while supporting daily warehouse and production operations. Candidates must have previous sewing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet production goals in a team-oriented environment. Duties & Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and repair textile products Read work orders, measurements, and production instructions accurately Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Measure, cut, and prepare materials for production as needed Maintain production quotas while meeting quality standards Assist with material handling, stocking, and movement of products throughout the warehouse Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all warehouse and production procedures Qualifications Previous industrial sewing experience required Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check prior to employment weekly pay!
