Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heat press machines to apply designs, logos, and graphics onto various materials, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our strict standards. Your expertise will contribute to producing top-tier products efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Duties Operate industrial heat press machines to transfer designs onto garments, upholstery, or fabric materials with precision and consistency Measure and verify dimensional measurements using measuring instruments to ensure accurate placement and sizing of designs Prepare materials by manual cutting (fabric cutting) and handling fabric or upholstery components carefully to prevent damage Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, adhering to established quality standards in production Maintain safety standards in production by following proper machine operation procedures and using personal protective equipment Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and organization of fabrics and finished products Assist with seam construction, garment sewing, embroidery, serging, and garment construction tasks as needed to support overall production flow Requirements Minimum of one year of experience operating heat press machines in a manufacturing or production setting Strong understanding of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements for precise application Basic understanding of quality standards in production processes to maintain high product integrity Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute your skills toward creating exceptional products.
