Job Overview We are looking for a tough, motivated, and dependable Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role and we have openings for those with no experience, or those who are skilled sewers. You'll build high-quality sewn products such as hunting, fishing, tactical, and industrial gear in a climate-controlled facility (not a sweat shop). If you take pride in high quality craftsmanship, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a tight-knit team that builds American-made gear, this is your shop. Duties Operating manual and automated industrial sewing machines, laser cutters, and etc. Assembly of components. Perform quality control on components and completed items. Packing and shipping of completed items. Other duties as assigned, but not limited to, clean up, organization, etc. Standard workday is 7-8 hours (or part time), overtime rare. Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English. Good dexterity working with your hands to manipulate small to large items. Able to learn things quickly as the work is dynamic and we have new and different items to work on every few days. Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hours. Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. continuously, 50 Lbs. intermittently Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must have good vision of at or correctable to 20/20 and able to perceive colors/shades. Must be able to operate foot, and knee controls while working with hands. Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay:
