Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewing machines and a strong background in garment construction. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, contributing to the fabrication of high-quality products. Duties Operate sewing machines and other related equipment to produce garments according to specifications. Fabricate and assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns to the supervisor. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding production and safety. Qualifications Proven experience operating sewing machines is required.
