Industrial Sewer — Production & Warranty Repair On-site, Riverton, Wyoming _ Full-time Relocation assistance negotiable_ About Kifaru Kifaru International builds uncompromising, backcountry gear systems — packs, shelters, and stoves — trusted on serious expeditions. We're looking for a skilled industrial sewer to join us on-site in Riverton. The Role This is a hands-on production and repair role. You'll sew finished gear and sample work to Kifaru's standard, and handle warranty repairs on packs, shelters, and other gear. It's a great fit for an experienced sewer who takes pride in clean, durable work and wants to be part of building the best gear in the backcountry. What You'll Do Sew production runs and sample work to Kifaru's standard Handle warranty repairs on packs, shelters, and other gear — assessing damage and turning repairs around Work directly with our design and production leads to solve construction problems Keep your work area, machines, and output to a high standard of quality What You Must Bring Proven experience on industrial sewing machines — you can sit down at a Juki (or equivalent) and produce from day one, not spend months learning the equipment Ability to read patterns and construct technical soft goods Enough machine familiarity to handle routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting

Self-directed:

comfortable being handed a problem and a target and figuring it out Nice to Have Experience with heavy-duty technical fabrics, packs, or outdoor gear Basic machine maintenance/repair skills Experience sewing to a warranty or high-finish standard Location & Relocation On-site in Riverton, Wyoming. Relocation assistance is negotiable for the right candidate.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
