Teton Therapy is looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Content Marketing & PR Assistant to join our team in downtown Lander, WY. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR) and marketing leadership, learning from over 20 years of real-world marketing experience while helping share patient success stories and expand our brand presence. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Clinic Content Gathering:

Capture high-quality photos and videos in clinic settings and community events to highlight staff, educate patients, and promote services.

Graphic Design & Print Media:

Design visual graphics for social media platforms and print collateral featuring medical professionals, patients, and community involvement.

Social Media & Digital Campaigns:

Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) via Meta Business Platform, write engaging copy, schedule posts, build promotional campaigns, and support lead generation.

Community Event Representation:

Represent Teton Therapy at local community events in a professional, upbeat, and engaging manner.

Market & Referral Research:

Investigate new local marketing opportunities, community developments, competitor activities, and prospective healthcare referral sources.

Performance Tracking:

Compile weekly objective reports summarizing completed actions and track weekly statistical data to measure campaign success. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Marketing & Creative Skills:

Strong visual aesthetic, understanding of basic marketing principles, and passion for content creation.

Software & Tool Proficiency:

Experience with Canva, Adobe/design tools, Meta Business Platform, Google Drive (Docs/Sheets), PC platforms, and photo/video editing apps.

Communication & Writing:

Outstanding written communication, editing abilities, proper grammar, phone etiquette, and active listening.

Regulatory & Detail Focus:

High attention to detail, statistical tracking aptitude, and strict compliance with HIPAA privacy laws.

Personality & Drive:

Upbeat, positive, solution-oriented, adaptable, bold, and 100% aligned with Teton Therapy's mission.

Bonus Qualifications:

Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, or basic knowledge of fitness and the medical field is a plus.

Part-Time position. Flexibility is required, as occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary for community event coverage. Reliable transportation is required.
