Furnace Operator - Auburn At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Furnace Operator to work with a leading company in Manufacturing in Auburn. You will be working for the client in Auburn. Shift Patterns Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm Pay Rates 21.00 USD hourly Requirements As a Furnace Operator you will need to have: Prior experience operating industrial furnaces or working in a manufacturing environment, including details on equipment and processes used. Ability to safely work in high-heat environments for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Experience with monitoring temperature controls, recording production data, and identifying quality issues. As a Furnace Operator, it would be desirable to have: Role of a Furnace Operator Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to established procedures. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of furnace equipment. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
