Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Operate and maintain equipment: Ensure the efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, and hot water generators through regular monitoring and maintenance Perform troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and address issues with equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures Conduct preventive maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
