Overview We are seeking a dependable Laborer / Oven Operator to assist with the operation and basic maintenance of oven equipment during the day shift. This role includes loading and unloading ovens, monitoring the baking or curing process, checking product quality, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Duties

•Load and unload products into and out of ovens safely and efficiently during the 1st shift (typically morning to afternoon).

•Monitor oven temperatures and cycle times to ensure products are processed correctly. Inspect products for quality and consistency throughout the process. Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of oven equipment and work area Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Help maintain an organized and clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or oven operation is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and ability to work 1st shift hours. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
