What You Will Do Use a variety racking methods to process parts. Prepare parts for shipment to customers. Perform machine setup and runs on annealing furnaces and degreasers. Cleaning, racking and heat treating of components Read, interpret, and comprehend, process prints, engineering and quality standards, and other informational drawings and work instructions. Monitor part specific dimensional tolerances while performing the operation & identify non-conforming part features Maintain accurate documentation and system inputs (shop traveler, labor charging, production tracking software, inspection results, etc.) Identify and report process inefficiencies, machine issues, and improvement opportunities Follow work priorities to accomplish production goals Can handle contact with coolants, cleaning fluids, and oils (petroleum-based products) and chemical vapors from products during the normal manufacturing Obtain and maintain required Inspection Certification(s) Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00pm What You Will Learn Set-up and operation of annealing furnaces and degreasers. Reading/interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Cross-functional collaboration through various types of manufacturing and processes. Gain experience with a variety of inspection equipment.
