Progressive Die Tooling Machinist
Job Description
Be the expert behind precision manufacturing Join our Jonesboro, AR 72450 team and help design, build, and maintain the tooling that powers production. What you'll tackle Fabricate complex tools, dies, and fixtures to exact specifications. Restore, repair, and fine-tune existing tooling for peak reliability. Collaborate with engineers and production to iterate on tool design and process improvements. Run machining operations across milling, turning, grinding, and EDM. Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm tolerances and quality standards. Document prints, changes, and maintenance records for traceability. Keep the work area clean and operate with strict safety discipline. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent (technical certificate in Toolmaking or related field preferred). Demonstrated experience as a Toolmaker or similar manufacturing role. Fluency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Solid understanding of machining processes and tooling; CNC experience required. Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. Effective communicator with an uncompromising focus on safety and quality.
