$35•$45 per hour Job Details•Seeking an experienced Nut Former / Cold Header to perform machine setups, produce precision fasteners, and maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.Available Shifts:
1stShift:
4:00 AM•2:30 PM 2ndShift:
2:30 PM•1:00 AM Saturday overtime may be required Key Responsibilities Set up and operate nut form production machinery. Read blueprints, work orders, and drawings to manufacture quality parts. Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Complete production logs and required documentation. Troubleshoot tooling and production issues. Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production. Requirements Experience operating National or Jern Yao nut form equipment. Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools. Ability to read blueprints and work orders. Ability to read and write English. Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and around heavy metal materials. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heavy materials.A bit about us:
