In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality decorative finishes to bottles using advanced printing and coating techniques. Your expertise will ensure that each decorated bottle meets our rigorous quality standards, contributes to our brand's visual appeal, and aligns with production goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to innovative packaging solutions in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and maintain Omso printing machinery and coating equipment with precision and care, ensuring optimal performance and safety adherence. Interpret production documents, including job orders, specifications, and process instructions, to accurately execute decoration tasks. Apply decorative finishes using conventional spraying, airless paint spraying, powder coating, or other industrial painting methods while adhering to safety protocols. Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and visual color comparison techniques to achieve consistent quality in bottle decoration. Handle materials safely with proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including respirators and respiratory protection gear, following all safety procedures. Conduct quality checks throughout the process to ensure finished bottles meet established standards for color accuracy, coating smoothness, and overall appearance. Assist with construction painting surface preparation, assembly, machining, and finishing processes as needed within the production line. Qualifications Proven experience operating industrial painting equipment such as spray guns, coating machines, or similar machinery within a manufacturing setting. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Familiarity with production document interpretation and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, respirator maintenance, and safe handling of powders and coatings. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Prior experience in construction painting surface preparation or materials handling is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent visual color comparison skills to ensure consistent decoration quality.
