ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Required to perform set-ups and operate machines used in making tooling .These machines are used to manufacture tooling used in the manufacturing of aerospace fasteners. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Prior machining experience is recommended but not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Language:
ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively.
Mathematical:
ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
ability to apply common understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read & interpret router instructions & specifications & the willing to learn. Properly use calipers, micrometers, and other gauge measuring tools. Basic knowledge of shop math.
Performs inspection:
visual and manual using the following - comparators & microscopes. Accurately enters data into computer program: Job Clock System.

Work Location:

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19 to $30 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
