In this vital role, you will be responsible for meticulously polishing watch components to achieve flawless finishes that meet our high-quality standards. Your expertise will ensure each timepiece radiates excellence, contributing to our reputation for luxury and precision. Looking for candidate to have 1-2 years of experience. Duties Operate polishing machines and hand tools to refine watch components, ensuring smooth, mirror-like finishes. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to understand specifications and polishing requirements. Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of polishing equipment, adhering to safety standards in production. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with industrial equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with assembly line teams to prepare polished components for subsequent manufacturing processes. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials and operating machinery, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Skills Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documentation. Experience with CNC machining, CNC programming, CAM programming, and CNC lathe/milling machines is highly desirable. Knowledge of factory equipment such as stamping presses, press brake machines, flexo presses, and Fanuc automation systems. Skilled in using precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, shop math, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and dimensional inspection techniques. Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, fabrication, and materials handling. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues efficiently and perform basic repairs or adjustments. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and adherence to quality control procedures. Hands-on experience with assembly line operations, packaging processes, hand tools, and factory safety protocols.
