Auto/Manual Die Attach Operator I — Req #24662 Chatsworth, CA 91311 | $18.00-$20.00/hour | Full-Time | 1st Shift About the Role NEOTech Chatsworth is hiring an Auto/Manual Die Attach Operator I to operate automatic epoxy dispense, screen printing, and microelectronic component placement equipment in a clean-room environment, manufacturing high-reliability microelectronic devices. What You'll Do Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work instruction processes Set up and run epoxy dispensing equipment and pick-and-place machines Perform light programming to fine-tune machine programs Perform written tests for ESD, manual die attach, and auto die attach requirements Handle fine-pitched microelectronic components (dies, air-bridge dies, capacitors, resistors, substrates, hybrids); open/close die waffle packs and handle air-bridge die gel packs Hand-apply epoxy and solder on densely populated substrate pads without disturbing neighboring pads Manually place components on substrates without disturbing wet assemblies Perform rework — removing epoxy, die, and other components, then installing new ones using hot plate and related tools Work with Sikama reflow equipment and ovens Inspect prints/procedures and assemblies for defects before and after each stage Required Minimum 1 year experience as a manual die attach/sub-attach operator in a microelectronic assembly factory Experience with programming and/or operating equipment such as Camelot, Asymtek epoxy dispensers, MRSI, and Palomar Pick and Place (or equivalent) Familiarity with

requirements for microelectronics assembly Ability to work in a Class 100,000 (Class 8) clean room using clean room attire (gowns, facemasks, hair covers) Ability to work with a 30X microscope throughout the day Mechanical aptitude/dexterity; ability to lift up to 20 lbs Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Comfortable using chemical-based cleaning systems for substrate cleaning U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required due to
ITAR/CUI
