Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tool & Die making.

Specialized Expertise:

strong proficiency in setting up, building, and troubleshooting for Nilson and/or Baird Fourslide / Multislide equipment.

Machining Skills:

Proficient in operating tool room equipment and CNC Mills.

Software:

Design experience using KeyCreator, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD software is preferred.

Problem-Solving:

strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities with an eye for detail and precision.

High SchoolResponsibilities Build new dies and custom tooling for Nilson and/or Baird Fourslide and Multislide machinery. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing dies and tooling to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency. Set up Fourslide equipment, conventional tool room machinery, and operate CNC Mills. Collaborate on tool and die design using CAD software to support precision manufacturing requirements. Maintain high standards of precision and quality control throughout the production cycle.
