CNC Supervisor

We are seeking a CNC Supervisor to join our team! This position will oversee CNC machining operations by leading operators, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met, and managing machine maintenance and troubleshooting. This position requires technical skills in CNC programming and machining processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation of teams Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Place production orders from customers Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Program machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points Sets-up tooling and attachments such as collets and tool holders Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements Maintain continuity between job orders by documenting and communicating actions Document actions by completing production and quality logs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields Knowledge of production tools and equipment Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and Mazak machines Great computer and technical skills Good attention to detail Strong team player and communication skills Must be self-motivated Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Position will require flexibility to work overtime as needed including weekends
