CLEAN AND ORGANIZED ABLE TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS ABLE TO WORK IN EXCESSIVE HOT CONDITIONS UNDERSTANDING OF METAL PROPERTIES AND HEAT TREATING ABILITY TO HAND GRIND AND POLISH EXPERIENCE WITH FORGING DIES TEN YEARS PLUS EXPERIENCE IN TOOL & DIE MAKING ABLE TO MAKE COMPONENTS FROM SCRATCH AND CREATE PRINTS UNDERSTANDING OF ALL MILLING, DRILLING, AND GRINDING PROCESSES ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE WORK AND COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT ALL PROCESSES OF DIE OPERATIONS ABLE TO OPERATE PANTO-GRAPH AND TOOL CUTTER KNOWLEDGE HOT & COLD TRIMMING AND PIERCING & RE-STRIKING DIES USED TO REMOVE FLASHING FROM MEDIUM CARBON AND STAINLESS STEEL FORGINGS ABILITY TO SHARPEN AND MAINTAIN DIES FOR PRODUCTION MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH PRESSES, MACHINERY, JIGS, FIXTURES, GRINDING & MEASURING EQUIPMENT ABILITY TO ADAPT TOOLING TO SIMILAR APPLICATIONS IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME WHILE HOLDING PRODUCTION TOLERANCE MUST HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF ALLOYED TOOL STEELS USED FOR COLD TRIMMING & PIERCING DIES
