If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, problem-solving, and producing high-quality tooling, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Build, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD specifications. Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance and efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience preferred. Journeyman Tool & Die certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of machining, tooling, and die maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience with precision measurement equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
