ASAP Responsibilities Plan, construct, assemble, alter, and repair a variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges Work to close tolerances and precise specifications Plan and lay out work using models, blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal specifications Select appropriate materials, tools, and processes for building and repairing tooling Perform necessary shop calculations and computations Set up and operate various machine tools and related equipment Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments Make allowances for material changes during heat treatment of tools and metal parts Set up tooling for production according to written or verbal instructions Perform development work and tooling debugging Diagnose tooling problems and make necessary corrections and adjustments Qualifications Tool & Die Maintenance experience: Minimum 1 year required CNC experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Experience with precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work accurately within close tolerances Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Apply?
