Non - Exempt Reports to:
Tooling Supervisor Position Summary:
The Tooling Technician is responsible for performing the following functions to provide necessary support & assistance to the production & management teams.
Position responsibilities:
Performs End of run (EOR) periodic maintenance (PMs) Performs major PMs Performs change-overs Performs minor tool repairs Performs other duties as assigned by management Operates general shop equipment Comply with all safety and OSHA regulations Essential skills and experience: Verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Good mechanical skills Acquire fork lift license Preferred skills and experience: Experience in tooling Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Reporting to this position:
No direct reports.
Physical Demands :
Physical strength to lift 50-70 pounds, and be able to climb, push, pull, bend, and stand with or without accommodation.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

From $20.00 per hour
