The client company moves quickly through the interview process and will be offering a full benefits package, quarterly bonus potential between 0-5% per quarter, dependent upon how well the company does in the quarter, plus a base rate in the $26-32/hr range.
Overview:
Set up and operate CNC machines in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring adherence to
AS9100/ISO9001
standards, blueprints, and routing sheets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (tech school preferred) 5+ years of CNC experience; Strong mechanical aptitude Organization, and attention to detail Basic computer and communication skills.
Core Duties:
Perform machine setups using hand tools, wrenches, and coil handling materials. Inspect first-piece components using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators). Monitor operations, conduct daily maintenance, and maintain clean work areas and production logs. Working Conditions Standard manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, moving equipment, cutting fluids, and sharp edges. Requires wearing PPE, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional travel between Southwick and Westfield facilities.
