Overview We are seeking an Experienced Tool & Die Repair Technician to join our dynamic team in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our tooling and die equipment, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Diagnose and repair tooling and die equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and dies. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Assist in the design and fabrication of new tooling as needed. Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die repair. Strong understanding of machining processes and materials. Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
