JOB DESCRIPTION

Program and operate a 2 axis EZ track Bridgeport

JOB RESPONSIBILTY

Must be very knowledgeable reading and interpolating blueprints Working knowledge of speeds and feeds, Various tool holders, and inserts. Know how to use Micrometers, height gages, bore gages and other tool room equipment. Know how to mill various types of materials like 4140PH, 304 stainless, Ampco bronze. Must be able to use mathematics to solve angular and radius functions. Must have your own tools such as micrometers and indicators. The company will supply all cutting tools and inserts, reamers, drills, etc.

EXPERIENCE

Five years + programming and operating an EZ Track Bridgeport or equivalent. Very knowledgeable in GD&T and Math functions Interpret drawings and models to create 2D programs on an EZ Track
