In this role, you will play a crucial part in our team. Ensuring that our metal stamping operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and changeover CNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency. Aid in the building of new dies Conduct die repairs to maintain production quality. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production specifications. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Document all maintenance and repair activities as required. Qualifications Proven experience in metal stamping, specifically with transfer and progressive dies Experience with Class A and Class B dies Strong background in CNC machine setup and changeover. Demonstrated skills in die repair. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
