As a Die Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process in building stamping dies, maintenance, and operation of die equipment. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and teardown of die equipment for production runs. Run hand grinders Assist die makers in spotting stamping dies Set dies into stamping presses Support machine operators in the operation of die presses and related equipment. Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in a tool room or Die experience. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with die equipment.
