In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare fiberglass boat hulls and components for finishing by sanding and smoothing surfaces to ensure quality standards are met. Sander:

• Sand and smooth fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and components in preparation for paint and finishing applications
• Operate hand sanders, orbital sanders, grinders, and other sanding equipment
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure products meet quality standards
• Remove excess fiberglass material, rough edges, and surface defects
• Prepare products for painting, gel coating, and sealing processes
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements What You Need to Bring to the

Sander Role:

• At least 6+ months of experience using hand tools or power tools within the past year preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
