PM Wage:
$19•$25/hr. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Operate hand tools and stationary power equipment safely and effectively Learn CNC machine setup, operation, and basic programming concepts Perform measurements and inspections using calipers, scales, tape measures, and other precision tools Maintain accurate production records and job documentation Support quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Meet production goals and participate in ongoing skill development programs Requirements of the die maker trainee: High School Diploma or GED required Basic math skills in arithmetic and geometry Familiarity with blueprint reading, CNC machining, welding, fabrication, or trade school coursework is highly beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
