$60,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up and operate multi-axis Swiss CNC lathes to turn high-precision miniature parts. Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and guide bushing calibrations. Conduct rigorous first-piece and in-process quality inspections under high magnification. Troubleshoot minor machine alarms, tool wear, and material feed interruptions. Maintain clean working environments and strict adherence to technical blueprints.
