As our HVACR Lab & Classroom Trainer, you'll turn moments like that into mastery — teaching both the principles and the practice that build confident, job-ready technicians. And you'll do it on a schedule that gives you three-day weekends, every week. Your impact Lead instruction in HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum that balances theory with applied learning. Facilitate immersive, hands-on labs in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility. Craft engaging lessons that mirror industry expectations and certification standards. Coach students with clear feedback, monitor performance, and celebrate milestones. Partner with colleagues to enhance the program and sustain strong graduate outcomes. Model professional practices while staying current with HVAC/R trends and tools. Guide learners toward certification exams and long-term career success. What sets you up for success 3+ years of professional experience as an HVAC Technician. High school diploma or GED. A talent for communication, patience, and motivating others. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring. Hicksville campus policy Lincoln Tech is piloting a classroom recording initiative at our Hicksville campus. As a condition of employment at this location, all instructors are required to sign a recording consent agreement prior to hire. Candidates who are unable to provide consent will not be eligible for this position. What you'll gain 4-day work week with three-day weekends every week.
