2015 certified — and we're growing. We're currently hiring a skilled Toolmaker to help build high-precision mold components that meet the tightest tolerances and the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Build, fit, and finish precision mold components and assemblies Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Operate toolroom equipment: mills, lathes, grinders, and manual machines Prepare components for heat treatment and finish hardened tool steel parts to spec Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.) Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all shop safety protocols Collaborate with other machinists, toolmakers, and engineers to meet quality and delivery goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Toolmaker , Mold Maker, or Precision Machinist Ability to hold tight tolerances on tool steel and perform fine hand fitting Experience with plastic injection molds is highly preferred Familiarity with EDM (sink and wire) and CNC machining a plus Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills Also seeking Night Shift Toolmakers who receive a night shift PREMIUM and paid meal breaks Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Technical/trade school or apprenticeship experience is a plus Be part of something precise, valuable, and lasting.
