Job Description:

ToolMaker (Mold & Tooling / CNC) - Dayton, OH Moser Engineering Services, Inc. Moser Engineering Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Toolmaker to support precision tooling, mold components, and fixture work. This is a hands-on toolroom role - not a production or desk-only programming position. Key Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and modify molds, fixtures, and precision tooling
• Operate toolroom equipment (Grinder, Wire EDM)
• Set up and run CNC mills (3-axis machining, NX CAM preferred)
• Program parts to support tooling and mold work
• Fit, assemble, and troubleshoot tooling
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T
• Perform in-process inspection
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Qualifications
• 5+ years toolmaking or mold making experience
• Hands-on toolroom equipment experience
• CNC programming experience (NX preferred)
• 3-axis CNC setup and operation
• Strong GD&T knowledge Preferred Experience
• Wire EDM experience
• Fixture design experience Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliant)
