Tool & Die Maker Job Details Schedule :
Full-time (Shift to be discussed during interview)Pay Rate:
$30.00-$40.00/hourLocation :
Franklin, OH Tool & Die Maker Requirements/Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker or equivalent apprenticeship Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Experience with manual machining operations Knowledge of metal properties and heat treating processes Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Journeyman Tool & Die certification preferred Experience with progressive die stamping preferred Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment and perform physical job duties About the Tool & Die Maker Role As a Tool & Die Maker, your responsibilities will include: Build, troubleshoot, and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures Interpret blueprints and detailed specifications Set up and operate manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to tooling Diagnose tooling issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve tooling and manufacturing processes Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Why Work With Our Client Once hired on, employees can expect: Stable full-time employment Long-term career growth opportunities Modern manufacturing environment Supportive team focused on quality and craftsmanship Why Work With Crown Weekly pay Direct deposit with pay card option Opportunities for permanent placement and career advancement Healthcare packageAPPLY NOW!
