Perform thorough quality checks to help ensure our output consistently meets established benchmarks. Keep the work area tidy and orderly to promote a safe environment for everyone. Work alongside colleagues to identify and fix production challenges. Engage in ongoing educational sessions to improve your technical proficiency. Record completed tasks and notify leadership regarding any irregularities. Assist with stock control by monitoring necessary materials and supplies. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED; vocational education is beneficial. Prior background in an assembly or production setting is advantageous. Meticulous focus on precision and a dedication to excellence. Capacity to function productively within a collaborative group setting. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Foundational mechanical aptitude and experience using standard hand tools. Openness to acquiring new skills and adjusting to evolving operational methods.
