Vacation Job Description:
Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies in line with the original specifications. Use blue prints to build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts. Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces. Make repairs, remove stuck castings, correct dimensional problems, change cores and trim punches. Perform welding duties as needed. Troubleshoot all production tooling problems to determine best course of action. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
