Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Technician to join our team as a Master Craftsman Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to hone your skills, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to the production of meaningful, high-quality pieces. What You'll Do:
Work with precision
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to craft accurate components. Operate specialized tools
  • Utilize manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders. Measure and assemble
  • Use calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality. Collaborate and grow
  • Work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship program. Maintain quality and safety
  • Ensure all work meets high standards while following safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or a similar field. Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jogs, and fixtures. Experience with soldering and welding is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
