Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in McMinnville, OR for a Tool & Die/Mold Maker. The Tool & Die/Mold Maker will work with
HAAS CNC
machinery. Participate in design, program, build, inspect and repair molds and fixtures.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or Die Maker with 5 years' experience, and excellent problem-solving skills  Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges  Experience in assembly, adjustment, and repair of injection molds & fixtures.  Experience in setting up, and operating CNC machines.  Ability to create or edit CNC programs using solid modeling CAM software.  Ability to visualize & develop all operations to manufacture components from solid models.  Excellent mechanical aptitude, visualization, and manual dexterity skills.  Ability to read and interpret blueprints.  Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  Must be willing to adapt to existing and develop new manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities:
 Continual dedication to team building and improving production methods.  Setup and Operate CNC machines, machining components to meet design specifications  Mold assembly and fitting of components using CNC equipment
Rate:
$30.00 - $50.00/hr.
DOE Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
