Manufacturing Position Summary This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and improving tooling and dies used in high-volume metal stamping operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring tooling is operating safely and effectively while working closely with maintenance and production teams. Requirements Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and modifying tooling and dies. Press shop and metal stamping die experience is a strong asset. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience using precision measuring instruments and machine shop equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Must be available to work either 2nd or 3rd shift .Pay:
