12-hour rotating shiftHours:
6:45 PM - 7:00 AM HTI is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This position plays a key role in supporting production by maintaining and repairing tooling used in stamping operations. Position Overview The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for ensuring tooling is production-ready, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient stamping operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on experience with dies and presses. Key Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot stamping dies Perform die adjustments and modifications Support production by ensuring tooling readiness Work closely with press operators and production teams Perform welding as needed to repair tooling Qualifications Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker Background in stamping or automotive manufacturing preferred Experience working with stamping presses Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues independently Welding experience required Strong mechanical aptitude High school diploma required; technical training preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay $37+ per hour based on experience $0.30/hour shift differential Overtime available Comprehensive Benefits Package You should be proficient in: CNC Tooling Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills Tool/Die/Mold Setup ExperienceCareer Insights for Tool and Die Maker
