Job Description
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a confidential manufacturing client to hire a Tool & Die Maker (2nd shift) in the Cookeville, TN area.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies and tooling. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve tool performance. Support die changeovers and production startups. Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Identify tooling improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
2+ years of Tool & Die experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with progressive, transfer, or line dies. Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and interpret blueprints. Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred. Welding, CNC machining, or fabrication experience is a plus.Our Client Offers:
