Job Description :

Performing the assigned duties while following the established rules and procedures for doing so. Follow and observe all safety rules and regulations. Efficiently utilize time and equipment to meet standard times in order for product to be competitive. Maintain all production Tooling.

REQUIREMENTS

: Vocational degree in Machine Tool Technology or 3 yrs. minimum in tooling craftsman experience.

Must be able to read and understand blue prints.

Must be able to train on 1st shift.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPECTATIONS

:

• Operate conventional mills, lathe, grinders, drill press to required specification

CNC EDM, MILL

operation.

• Progressive die repair.
• Build and repair die sections.
• Build and repair jigs and fixtures.
• Monitor progress of work assignments.
• Assist in daily operations of the department.
• Miscellaneous tooling tasks as assigned.
• Basic computer skills : example Excel, Access

Pay:

$26.50 - $34.30 per hour
