KP Staffing is now Straightener Operators in Baytown, TX! We are seeking a qualified straightener operators to join our team in Baytown, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining straightening equipment, ensuring accurate work quality, and adhering to safety standards.

Shift:

1st shift: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 2nd shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Must be flexible, as shifts vary based on production needs.

Pay Rate:

$19.00- $21.00 and up, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Operate straightening machinery to specifications. Monitor and adjust equipment to guarantee quality output. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with metal straightening or manufacturing equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to read technical measurements and operate machinery accordingly. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
