Our office is located in Riverside, CA, and technicians travel throughout the service territory.

Install, service, diagnose, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systemsAssemble, install, maintain, and pressure test pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codesInstall and service water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and related plumbing equipmentRepair pipes, valves, fixtures, sinks, commodes, and plumbing system componentsAssess customer-owned equipment and provide effective service solutionsExplain installation and service processes clearly and professionally to customersDeliver exceptional customer service during every interactionMaintain a tidy, safe, and respectful work environment in customers' homes and businessesIdentify opportunities to improve installation and service processes and communicate recommendations to leadershipMentor and assist other technicians as directed

Minimum of 4 years of plumbing-related experienceExperience installing or servicing water treatment equipment preferredStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation procedures, and repair techniquesExperience with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, or similar equipment preferredSoldering and/or welding experience requiredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to professionally resolve customer concerns and complaintsAbility to mentor and train technicians under supervisor's directionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to crouch, bend, crawl, and work in confined spacesAbility to stand and perform moderate physical activity throughout the workdayFlexible schedule to support business needsEcoWater SoCal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
