Hiring Expectations:

Minimum of 4 years of plumbing-related experience Experience installing or servicing water treatment equipment preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation procedures, and repair techniques Experience with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, or similar equipment preferred Soldering and/or welding experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and complaints Ability to mentor and train technicians under supervisor's direction Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to crouch, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces Ability to stand and perform moderate physical activity throughout the workday Flexible schedule to support business needs EcoWater SoCal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
