You will ensure that all industrial processes remain compliant with safety standards while optimizing system performance to protect our local ecosystem. Responsibilities Oversee the daily performance of industrial treatment systems, including chemical feed units, filtration arrays, and pumping infrastructure. Conduct precise water sampling and analytical testing to guarantee adherence to strict environmental regulatory frameworks. Optimize treatment efficiency by monitoring chemical dosage levels and adjusting system parameters in real-time. Proactively inspect machinery to identify potential mechanical failures or safety hazards, ensuring continuous operational uptime. Maintain meticulous operational logs and compliance reports to support transparent facility documentation. Manage the secure handling and storage of treatment chemicals, adhering to rigorous hazardous material protocols. Execute preventative maintenance tasks and provide technical support to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Demonstrated experience in industrial manufacturing, water treatment, or environmental services. Proficiency in interpreting technical gauges, flow meters, and operational manuals. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate industrial work environments. Preferred Skills Active wastewater operator certification or equivalent environmental licensure. Advanced understanding of chemical processing and water purification chemistry. Prior experience working in autonomous or overnight operational settings.
