Job Description

Join our fast-growing team at Florida Water Process Services, where we specialize in water treatment services for commercial and residential properties. We're seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Engineer to help us install and maintain equipment, provide monthly service visits, and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do:
Perform monthly water treatment service visits at customer sites Test water quality, replenish chemicals, and inspect system performance Install and repair equipment as needed Troubleshoot system issues and respond to emergency service calls Prepare detailed service reports for customers after each visit Recommend upgrades or new equipment based on system evaluations Upsell products or services — with commission incentives Why Join Us? Someone Who:
Has experience in water treatment OR is eager to learn and willing to be trained Enjoys hands-on work and problem solving Communicates clearly and professionally with customers Is reliable and can work independently Preferred if you're pursuing a degree in science or engineering Has the ability to perform physical tasks , including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Brings strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail — essential for success in this role. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
