Wastewater Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday) Oversee daily plant operations while ensuring a safe, productive work environment. Coordinate plant personnel, equipment, and workflow to meet operational goals. Monitor production, quality, and maintenance activities to maximize efficiency. Lead and support employees through coaching, training, and daily direction. Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Wastewater Manager Qualifications:
Wastewater Operator Certification Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or environmental services setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges. Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
