- The Lead Person provides directions for the sanitation crew within a certain area of the plant. This position is trained in multiple jobs, can assist the training team members, and provide support as requested by the supervisor in that area.
- Job duties include:
- + Work cooperatively with management, team members, customers, + and regulatory agencies to ensure sanitation procedures are followed.
Your Must Haves:
- + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Leadership and decision making skills are required. + 6 or more months of experience in sanitation and/or food processing industry. + Ability to take direction and instruction from manager and be accountable for own actions. + Safety awareness and attention to detail. + Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations.
