Job Description The Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will: Lead all on-site construction activities for a major pump station project. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations. Coordinate site logistics, workforce planning, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Drive project progress while maintaining budget and schedule expectations. Oversee complex underground utility installations and deep excavation work. Collaborate closely with project management, ownership, and field teams. Support successful project completion and transition to future projects throughout the South Shore region. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Water/Wastewater should have: Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent running construction projects independently. Strong sitework and underground utility construction background. Comfortable managing deep excavation projects (approximately 25 feet deep). Wastewater, pump station, or water infrastructure experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to commute to New Bedford, MA, with future projects located throughout the South Shore area. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. What's on Offer Upon offer, the Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will receive:
Base Salary:
$125,000-$165,000 (Depending on experience) Annual bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision coverage 75% of healthcare premiums covered by employer 100% deductible coverage 401(k) with 5% total company contribution 15 PTO days, increasing to 20 days after 5 years Daily company-provided lunch
